I Am Freaking Out About This House Right Now?
Ok so heres the story. about a month ago i found this house i absolutely love and when i went to get info on it and possibly put an offer on it i was told it went in to escrow and it was very rare for peoples loans to fall thru at that point and have the house open back up so my realestate agent basically told me that house was hopeless and keep moving. the house also went “inactive” on the website i found it on.
so kept looking for a house and nothing has compared.
but just a few minutes ago i was sent an email saying one of my saved home listings had been updated. i looked to see what home.. and there i was the house that was hopeless to get.
i researched it on another website and there it was….
im trying real hard not get my hopes up.
do you think the home is actually for sell again?
this seems to be a sign that this is supposed to be MY home
also me and my boyfriend make about 3000 dollars a month and dont have much debt do you think we can afford a 88 thousand dollar house? we both have pretty good credit scores also
i sure hope this isnt some sort of glich and my house is really gone.

Our Realestate Agent Does Not Take Us Around To See Houses. We Went Out On Our Own So Far. Is This Normal?
We were recommended to this agent who seems to have good track record and reputation. However, we have been out on our own for the past two weeks to look at houses. This agent just email us listings and gives us some additional info over the phone. Although we have 4-5 months window for shopping around, we feel we need to start looking right now rather than waiting till last month then make a hasty decision. Is it considered normal practice for agents to not taking clients around to see houses? We thought it otherwise.

How Many Folks Think That The Right President Will Turn This Country Around
do you believe one person can stop the domino effect of the downward spin into a crisies that this country can not possibly recover.our military has been pushed to the limits, immigrants not likeing americans views (not government) of our family, neighbors values as americans, the economy coupled with high energy cost vrs.mortgage foreclosures, vrs. job losses out of this country, the cost of living almost trippling vrs.insurance and the homeowners taxes on realestate almost certain to increase dramatically to pay for the public officials who refuse to give up greed, only because they can! the poison food from mexico because of a way to get even, thus destroying the american growers who are facing business closeings, and by all means mexicans don’t remember the alamo..??these are only a sratch on the surface the greed that is carried over into our polictical control is so overwhelming that our lawmakers look the otherway or don’t care..americans take the next 5 weeks off and do nothing,if they don’t care ..we the americans can’t stop the greed and laziness,do you really think one person can change the downward spin? before you answer…one person created it

House Sold From Under Us – Was This My Realtors Fault?
About 3 weeks ago my husband and I went and viewed a house for sale – listing price was 109k and it had some extensive mold damage so we were advised by my realtor to offer between 65-75k on the property because the land was atleast worth that, so we offered 75k.
I called & emailed my realtor several times over the course of 3 weeks trying to find out if she had heard anything about this property, finally she e-mails me back and said that the house is in “sale pending” status.
Apparently a week or so after we put an offer and a deposit on the house someone came in and offered close to what the asking price was and according to the bank (because the house was a forclosure) our offer was so low that we werent taken seriously & werent given the option of offering highest & best on the house.
I dont know much about realestate … but it doesnt seem like that was the right way for things to happen, especially when the agency we go through is the same agency that sold the house to someone else.
So our realtor tells us what she thinks we should offer, we do & we put a deposit on the house … 3 weeks pass with no word from her until she emails me to tell me that someone has it in pending, our offer wasnt taken seriously because it was so low so they arent bothering to give us our highest & best … she has NO idea about this even though one of her co-workers sold it & then another week passes and I still havent heard anything about the 1,000 deposit i put on the house being returned to me.
Is that legal to do that? is there anything I can do? We’re having a baby any day now & my husband and I knew we wouldnt be all moved into something by the time she arrived but we were really hoping to have found something … we had a house in pending status before that we dropped to go after this property because we put an offer on it in may & heard in august “we’re going to wait until december or january to let you know incase someone offers more” but this house goes into pending and there is nothing we can do about it!?!? I dont get it …
