Countrywide Short Sale, Final Phase.. What The Heck Is Going On And Taking So Long?

Filed under: Point Realestate — Tags: Countrywide, Final, going, Heck, Long, Phase.., Sale., Short, Taking — user3428 @ 9:26 am

My husband and I are buying a short sale home. Things have actually been moving pretty fast as far as short sales go. We put in a offer on 4.21.09 and it was accepted that day. So, now.. it’s 6.17.09 and everything is approved and ready to go. My realestate agent says that nothing can fall through at this point because everything is approved. So, what’s the hold up? We and the sellers have been approved for at least 3 weeks already and waiting to get a closing date. What is going on and why is this date taking so long to get if everything is approved (both buyer and seller)?
p.s. my realestate lady also told me that the person at countrywide (the sellers lender) who is going to get us a date….. on 6.11.09 (a week ago) had 24 cases ahead of ours and they would get to it when they were done with those. What exactly does that mean?? And whats the time frame?

Taking a Panama Cruise

What better way of exploring a land besieged by water? And not just any run of the mill seawater, mind you. Modify that to say very clear, pleasantly warm, dazzling aquamarine and turquoise waters. Since Panama is indeed flanked by both the Pacific Ocean and the Atlantic Ocean, a Panama cruise may prove to be a most inspired vacation plan.

If you take a Panama cruise, you are assured to have your preferred lodging accommodations as well as more than satisfactory dining, swimming, sports and other facilities because you are carrying all these with you aboard the ship. If you are in a Panama cruise, you can rough it one day when you dock but still be assured of comfort when you return aboard ship. You also don’t have to pack and unpack again and again.

A Panama cruise also ensures that you get to enjoy Panama the way it is best enjoyed (through the sea) and you will not have to hem and haw about the places you want to visit in Panama; it’s all there in the cruise’s itinerary. You are also assured that the cruise liner’s choice would be to your satisfaction. They are after all experts on Panama and what the places of utmost interest for tourists would be. And to top all that, a Panama cruise leaves out much of the guesswork in cruise planning especially when it comes to the cost. Most of the things you will need in your Panama vacation have already been paid for by your ticket. Any incidental expenses will not be so over your budget as it can be when you go on an independent tour of Panama.

A Panama cruise will give you the best of what Panama has to offer. You are more than likely going to be given a trip along the famous Panama Canal, thereby traversing Panama from the Pacific end to the Atlantic one. In Colon, a duty-free shopping trip is more than likely in store for you.

You will be stopping at Panamas’ top pick beaches. You will be given leave and even assisted to make your diving and snorkeling expeditions. A Panama Cruise would likely take you to Islas San Blas where there are miles and miles of stunning and unspoiled coral reefs just waiting to be explored. You may dock in the Pearl Islands to enjoy nearly 60 fabulous beaches along its coasts. A Panama cruise will take you to all these places and more.

Aside from ensuring that you get to see the gorgeous beaches and marine havens all around Panama, a Panama cruise will also offer variety in your itinerary. You will be able to enjoy the trail parks, forests and white water sports through a Panama cruise. Most probably, the cruise liner will make arrangements so that you can visit Darién National Park or Metropolitan Park. Most likely you will also be visiting Chiriqui where you can enjoy Volcan Baru National Park and some class 5 rafting experience.
