we but an offer on a house sat morning. it is now sunday when should I hear back from our agent. I feel as though she has too much going on in her personal life to get the job done. we have sold our home so now time is limited in finding a new home. Am I expecting too much from her if I need her to work nights and weekends for us???

How Do I Create A Web Database For Realestate?
I want to build a web site that is a database where agents from across Canada and the US can add houses, condos, etc that they are selling. I want them to be able to sign up (create an account) and add listings to the site whenever they want.
Is there a program or some easy way of creating this type of website?
I can create simple web pages but when it comes to a data base like this I have no idea where to start.

The appraisal didn’t come high enough on the home we are going to purchase. The sellers are not willing to come down and the bank won’t borrow us the full amount. Our realestate agent has offered to lend to us the rest needed at a certain rate for 10 years. Is this legal?

I really liked a home i saw on the market it has been on the market for over 8 months i offered more then the asking price they told us that the home is contingent.we were told that the home would be closed on the tenth but we still see the property listed as active on different web sites our realestate agent tried calling them again several times and they won’t answer his phone calls what actions can we take if any to find out whether or not the house was closed on?

My Realestate Appraiser Was Wrong…and Could Possible Cause Us A Great Financial Loss… Can I Sue?
Because we are moving for a job, and the company is working with a relocation company, an independent appraiser was asked to appraise our house. the appraiser did not use comparable comps and did not have accurate information or square footage. In addition, we are fronted the equity to invest in our new house but because our our apprasial we don’t recieve the full equity amount. (We are talking a $100,000 difference)….. This has caused us major distress, and we might need to back out of our new house….so confused.

Our Realestate Agent Does Not Take Us Around To See Houses. We Went Out On Our Own So Far. Is This Normal?
We were recommended to this agent who seems to have good track record and reputation. However, we have been out on our own for the past two weeks to look at houses. This agent just email us listings and gives us some additional info over the phone. Although we have 4-5 months window for shopping around, we feel we need to start looking right now rather than waiting till last month then make a hasty decision. Is it considered normal practice for agents to not taking clients around to see houses? We thought it otherwise.
